Introduction

Luhansk National Agrarian University is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine and the center of agricultural education, scientific research and culture in the Luhansk region.

The school was founded in 1921 as the Agricultural College. In 1997, it was awarded the status of a national university and adopted its current name. In 2000, the school was rated as one of the top ten agricultural universities in Ukraine. In 2002, the school obtained national qualifications.
