Tokyo Metropolitan University (Tokyo Metropolitan University, referred to as "Tokyo Metropolitan University" or "Tokyo Metropolitan University") is a public university located in Tokyo, Japan, established in 2005. It was established by merging Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo Metropolitan University of Science and Technology, Tokyo Metropolitan University of Health Sciences and Tokyo Metropolitan Junior College. Tokyo Metropolitan University is the only university in Japan without the word "university" in its name, and it is also the only public university in Tokyo, supported and invested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Campus
Tokyo Metropolitan University currently has three main campuses:
