Introduction

The Methodist University College Ghana is a private university located in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. It is based on Christian principles, provides comprehensive education, and is committed to cultivating students' academic ability, moral character and social responsibility.

History and establishment time

Establishment time: Accredited by the National Accreditation Commission in August 2000, established by the Methodist Church of Ghana in October, and started academic work at the Wesley Grammar School campus in November of the same year.

Development history: In October 2002, it officially established an affiliated relationship with the University of Ghana. On August 30, 2022, it obtained a presidential charter to award its own degrees.
